Grade 6:Cryptology Lecture

In the afternoon of December 26, Professor Yin from the Information Security Services Technology Research Laboratory of Shanghai Jiao Tong University presented a unique lecture about cryptology to the sixth-grade students and teachers. The students were all very curious about this topic. Professor Yin used her professional presentation to make students understand that cryptology and our daily lives are very closely related.

Professor Yin used the example of cryptology in the film “Midway” as an example, and the students who had seen the film said it resonated very much and aroused interest in the lecture. She then introduced the typical application of cryptology in our lives, the development of cryptography, and talked about the ancient Chinese method of secrecy, which further attracted the attention of students.

The lecture was rich and enlightening. Professor Yin gave students an inspired idea to connect the knowledge they gain in their daily lives to future professional disciplines.
