Grade 5: Growth Mindset Escape Room

September 26, 2019

In the personal growth class on September 26, the fifth-grade students conducted an escape room activity. The students were divided into groups, and a series of four tasks were to be completed with teamwork to escape the room. These tasks all contained a puzzle component, and the students had to record all of their answers on the group answer sheet. In order to move on to the next task, groups had to show their answers. If the answer was correct, the group received a new task. The first group to successfully complete all four tasks won.

The students independently assigned the tasks within the group, united and cooperated, tried their best to play their roles, and strove to complete tasks quickly. Through this classroom activity, the students further realized the importance of unity, cooperation and intelligence in personal growth.
