Grade 11:Tips for Time Management III

June 28, 2022

G11 students have devised ways in which they could improve themselves using the time that has been saved from online classes. Below are some of the effective time-management tips students wanted to share, which will be helpful for the summer holiday life.

Online school could be difficult to keep up with, so having a list or a schedule by your side would help you know what you have to do.

Of course, this thing shouldn’t be gaming or watching shows and anime all day. It is a thing that could bring you a different feeling. Waking up every day and doing the same thing and having the same routine could be tedious and boring, so adding something else to your life may give you another taste of life. For example, personally baking cakes and cookies is a joy to me. By adding this into my lockdown life, every day was not so dull anymore. I was hoping for something that was not studying or scores.

Another thing that might help with productivity is background music. I think it really depends on personal tastes for music, but at least for me, listening to music while I work causes me to be much more productive. Almost all music platforms offer such playlists that you can choose from. Also on YouTube, there are several channels with music suitable for studying and concentration, so feel free to give them a try.

In online classes, everyone needs to stare at the computer screen for a long time. This will inevitably tire your brain and eyes. So, sufficient sleep is necessary as it can refresh your mind and help you perform well in classes. Also, your study efficiency can be improved with a clear mind. Instead of studying for a long time with low efficiency and a lack of sleep, we should pursue high-quality study time and ample sleep.
