Grade 6 final OKR sharing

January 12, 2021

During the youth development class on Thursday, December 31st, grade 6 students had the last OKR sharing this semester.

At the beginning of this semester, each student intently established his or her objectives and key results for both academic and extracurricular activities. To achieve their goals, every student gave a lot of effort. As we are approaching the end of the semester, it’s time to track everyone’s progress. Some students feel that they have made a lot of improvement, while some have moved up successfully. Some have become more outstanding in their piano skills, and some have accelerated their swimming speed. Of course, some students feel that their performance is not good enough, and they made adjustments to help themselves achieve their goals in the future. Some students set a goal for next semester to implement the key results during winter vacation.

By listening to the students share their own OKR successes, each student in the class has learned several effective self-management and time management methods. It is essential to set a reasonable and effective goal for yourself still, the most important thing is to implement your plan effectively and adjust your method in time. I hope all the students achieve personal growth this semester.
