Puxi Campus Grades 4-5: Holly Jolly Week

December 21, 2020

The third week of December was Holly Jolly Week in the fourth and fifth grades. To create a strong Christmas atmosphere, the fourth and fifth-grade teachers and students not only worked together to dress up each homeroom but also set different dressing requirements for each day in the week.

Monday was the cozy pajamas day. Teachers and students wore their comfiest pajamas the whole day. There were little cows, deer, dinosaurs, and so on. Tuesday was the holiday headgear day. Teachers and students wore their favorite Christmas or holiday hats, Santa hats, bows, bells, ribbons, etc. Wednesday was the winter wonderland day. They wore anything related to a winter wonderland with the basic colors of blue and white to dress like a snowman. Thursday was the holly-jolly shirt day when they wore their favorite Christmas shirts or sweaters. The last day was the festive Friday. Students and teachers wore their most festive costumes like Santa outfits and Christmas lights to welcome the approaching Christmas holiday.

Everyone was very enthusiastic about the dressing requirements of Holly Jolly Week and enjoyed the atmosphere of Christmas Month. Wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
