Pudong G1: Chinese Tongue Twister

December 15, 2019

In order to stimulate students’ learning initiative, grade one students from SHSID Pudong campus all participated in a fun Chinese Tongue Twister competition on Wednesday Dec. 11th. During the Chinese class on that day, students all gathered in the same classroom to watch the 20 first-round winners ready on the stage. When the host clicked the timer, students attempted to correctly read as many tongue twisters as possible in only one minute. When the competition started, the audience turned quiet at once, appreciating the great performance and rooting for their classmates.

Through this fun activity, the students not only practiced their Chinese reading skills, but also improved their learning interests.
