Grade 6: Field Trip

December 5, 2019

On November 14th, the sixth grade students went on their autumn outing. Their destination was the Power Station of Art, a famous art museum in Shanghai.

After lunch, the students returned to their classes in an orderly manner, and then happily got on the school bus. At 12:30 p.m., the school buses departed to reach the destination in a timely manner.

After entering the museum, the students explored the exhibitions in groups. Students stopped, looked, and thought in front of every creative and eye-catching piece of art. They were excited to talk and share their thoughts with their friends. They also took pictures and notes to record their understanding and feelings about the art while planning their posters for the class display.

Students left the museum at about two o'clock in the afternoon. This was truly a fun and wonderful field trip. Students gained further knowledge about art, saw many fine pieces of artwork, and enjoyed the beauty of art.
