On the afternoon of April 11th,  SHSID High School held the 2024 IB/AP Examination Invigilation Training Session in the Xianmian Annex Auditorium. The training was hosted by Dr. Jiang, the school's IB and AP coordinator, with the participation of High School Vice Principal Zhang Li, High School Assistant Principal Liu Qin, and all exam proctors.

The meeting began with a thorough training on administering exams. Dr. Jiang equipped proctors with the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure the exams are conducted smoothly. The program included detailed explaination on various aspects of exam supervision, including proctor responsibilities, exam discipline, and emergency management.

Ms. Liu Qin highlighted the importance of maintaining strict discipline and ensuring the integrity of the exam process. She also emphasized the role of proctors fulfilling their duties with a high sense of responsibility and mission in creating a positive environment for students during exams.

This training session marks the school's commitment to upholding high standards of exam conduct and fairness, ensuring that all students have an equal opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills. We are confident that with the support and dedication of our staff, the upcoming 2024 AP/IB exams will be a success.
