Grade 7:Trash Recycling Class

May 20, 2019

During the CAS class on May 16, the 7th grade teachers held a trash recycling class. The school had replaced the old trash cans for the special new recycling bins quite a while ago, and it was time we learned how to use them.

At the start of the class, a documentary about trash recycling was played. It covered the necessity and benefits of trash recycling and sorting. Everybody realized the urgency and seriousness of sorting trash by the end of the documentary, and everyone was curious to find out how they could contribute.

During the second class, 7th grade students brought pieces of trash to class and teachers led an exercise to practice recycling. The whole grade was thrilled to get their hands on something that makes a difference in our world, and there was an air of excitement throughout the floor.

Because of this class, the 7th graders are fully informed about why and how to recycle trash. We believe resources will be more wisely used, and we will have a better environment through everyone’s efforts.
