Grade11-12:AMC Competition

Established in 2009, the Math Club aims to develop students’ logical thinking and analytical skills. At present, the Math Club is divided into 2 groups. One focuses on the instruction of AP Calculus and the other prepares students for the upcoming AMC 12(American Mathematics Contest). The students are offered worksheets to improve their skills. Hopefully, after joining the Math Club, students can acquire not only mathematical knowledge but also experience academic and amicable ambiance.

Students of eleventh and twelfth grade attended the 2nd round of AMC test today. AMC, Mathematics Association of America, was founded in 1950. Its headquarter is located at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. It is a subsidiary of the Mathematics Association of America. Those who score 100 points or are ranked in the top 5 globally will attend the AIME,or the American Invitational Mathematics Examination。Good luck!
