On the morning of September 10th, Grade-12 students of SHSID had their first assembly of the school year.

Ms. Yu first mentioned the 9 items on the “Never Do It” list, which emphasize the rules students must follow to help build a successful and beneficial learning environment in school community.

Lastly, the teacher announced the list of the students having won awards for academic achievement, physical exercise, rapid study progress, and good behavior . Students accepted certificates on stage and took photos together. The assembly ended with students cheering for what they had achieved in the past year, and becoming excited to embrace the new year.
