Grade 5 learned about safety education in the P&B class on Sept 7th. The students had discussions on school bus rules and first-aid bandaging skills. After watching some video clips on bus safety, the students created informative short plays about their own safety rules. Then they learned different bandaging skills from video clips and their teachers, after which, they were broken into groups and practiced the freshly acquired skills in a class competition. Everyone tried their best to finish the competition both fast and properly. Through this class, the students benefitted by not only acquiring the basic knowledge but also essential skills as well.
