On the afternoon of April 10th and 11th, students got together as reading buddies to read their favorite books to each other. The first graders shared their favorite books with their companions. The teachers also participated by reading interesting stories to the children. Two classes in third grade exchanged interesting stories together, shared their own feelings, and experienced the happiness of reading.

The fourth graders went to the second-grade classrooms. All the elder boys and girls were very patient and enthusiastic with their reading buddies and tried to explain everything in the book that their partners did not understand. All the children enjoyed this time with their reading buddies. They also made new friends by reading together!

As we all know, books play an important role in one’s life. The primary section has attached a great importance to reading. We hope that every kid will fall in love with reading and enjoy the time spent reading together with their buddies!
