1. Registration and login:https://shsid-admissions.shs.cn 

2. Please note:

1) Safari, Chrome, or Internet Explorer 8-11 are recommended browsers.

2) Please register the user account with a valid email which will be your username. Please do not forget your username and password which are so important for receiving all notifications from the school throughout the application process.

3) Photo Specifications: be taken within one year, solid background color, two-inch, bareheaded, and full face. Please make sure the photo is saved as .jpg or .png file, with pixels greater than 220 * 320, and with size greater than 40KB.

4) The contact number filled on the application form is suggested to be MAINLAND phone number, otherwise you may fail to receive any SMS messages from SHSID.

5)Parents are required to bring the original and photocopy of the registration materials when submitting them on-site, and there is no need to upload scanned copies of the registration materials during the online registration stage.

After Step 1, you still need to finish Steps 2 and 3 as follows to complete the application procedure:

Step 2: Document Submission

1. Make an appointment online;

2. Print and bring the Appointment Letter when you come to SHSID (if you choose Lingang Campus or Hongkou Campus, please go to Xuhui Campus to submit the documents) at the appointment time;

3. Parents bring required documents to the school (both the original copy and photocopy are needed);

4. After the documents are approved, parents confirm the activity date on the spot.

Step 3: Pay the Application Fee

After the documents are approved, parents pay the application fee which is non-refundable at school (RMB 1,000).
