AdvocaSEA

AdvocaSEA is a social organization dedicated to improving the lives of the autistic community here in Shanghai, China. With over 60 active members, we participate in volunteer events, public activities, magazine design, and other creative projects to present professional information in simple, accessible language. Through making knowledge about the autism spectrum disorder more accessible to the public, we aim to foster awareness and promote inclusivity within our community. Over the past three years, AdvocaSEA has partnered with three public schools, two autism communities, and several clubs at SHSID to expand our impact and inspire more individuals to join our cause. Guided by this mission, we strive to do better to serve our community; and as we grow, we have consistently been recognized as a star-level club. As we move forward, we hope to expand our reach and deepen our impact by collaborating with more local and international organizations, bringing new resources and perspectives together for a bigger change. In this journey, we aim to empower individuals both within and outside the autistic community, ultimately creating a more compassionate and informed society where everyone, regardless of ability, can thrive.
