Biology Workshop

Goals：

1. Encourage students to participate in scientific research

2. Improve the basic scientific capabilities

Course Content：Experiment, Paper Report, Lab Report Writing

Experiment Subjects：Plant, Bacterium, Fungus, Animal

Detailed Experiment Subjects：

Plant：

1. Introduction of different biological mediums.

2. Plant tissue culture

3. Effects of different stress on seed germination

Bacterium：

1. Bacterial culture and growth of bacteria colony

2. Bacterial inhibition ring

Fungus：

1. Strains preservation

2. Identification of postharvest pathogens

Animal：

1. The affection of alcohol on heart rate of water flea

2. The spinal reflex of bullfrog

3. Dyeing and observing the blood vessel of frog

4. The effect of omethoate on the formation of micronucleus in bone marrow cells of mice
