IAA

Model United Nations (MUN) is a popular extracurricular activity where students hone skills in research, public speaking, and diplomacy while exploring global issues and international relations. IAA, SHSID’s MUN club and one of the school’s longest-running organizations, has been training students for conferences for 16 years, helping them excel in writing, communication, and leadership. Here, we challenge members to think critically and develop unique solutions to real-world problems. Many IAA alumni have gone on to top universities such as Yale, University of Chicago, Columbia, and Brown, highlighting the value of MUN and the lasting impact of the club.
