Math Modeling Club of Grade 10

The end of the semester is coming to the end. Our Math Modeling Club did a lot in this semester. Led by the teachers, we learned a lot about math modeling. Besides, on May 26th, we had a communication with the student Rui Ding from 11thgrade in SHS. These students won the “regional outstanding” award on HiMCM (High School Mathematical Contest in Modeling) last year. The members of the Math Modeling club learnt much about the rules and tips for the HiMCM contest, as most of them will join the contest this year in November. HiMCM is one of the hardest math modeling competitions throughout the world for high school students. We hope that the SHS students could have more communications with the SHSID students in the future and create the “win-win” solution.
