With the warmth of the winter sun, the annual Art Festival arrived as expected. On December 19, students and teachers from grades 1 to 3 at SHSID Puxi campus gathered to celebrate an art-filled holiday with music, dance, and drama. The event was filled with joy and laughter, and every performance showcased the talent and enthusiasm of both students and teachers, bringing warmth to the cold winter day.
The event officially kicked off with the harmonious voices of the school choir. The students sang with clear, joyful tones, spreading the festive cheer and blessings, and the beautiful melodies quickly immersed the audience in the holiday atmosphere.

The second graders impressed the audience with their beautiful singing, smooth movements, and expressive performances, fully showcasing their artistic potential and teamwork. Through lively rhythms and creative choreography, they expressed their love for the holiday and along with their passion for life.
The climax of the Art Festival came with the surprise appearance of a special guest—Santa Claus. His entrance sent the children into a frenzy of excitement. With Santa Claus, Mr. Liu Lian, Principal of SHSID Middle and Primary School, Ms. Miao Xiaoling, Assistant Principal of SHSID Middle and Primary School, Ms. Zhang Yi, Director of SHSID Puxi Campus Grade 1-3 took the stage to draw raffle winners and present special Christmas gifts to the lucky students. Cheers and laughter echoed throughout the auditorium, and the festive atmosphere reached its peak.

Next, the teachers set the stage on fire with a dynamic dance performance. Their passionate movements and seamless coordination not only demonstrated their love for the arts but also offered students a glimpse into their teachers' talents. The applause and cheers from the audience took the festive mood to new heights.
Following this, the boys' dance group gave an energetic performance. Their rhythmical steps captivated the audience, showcasing the power and dynamism of youth. The girls' dance group then performed with graceful movements. Their fluid motions and heartfelt expressions transported the audience into a dreamlike world, earning them continuous applause.
At the end of the event, Ms. Zhang Yi, Director of SHSID Puxi Campus Grade 1-3, delivered an heartfelt speech. She highly praised the students' wonderful performances, highlighting the evidence of teamwork and effort. She noted that it was through everyone's hard work and coordination that the Art Festival was able to run smoothly. She also extended her special thanks to the music teachers, the behind-the-scenes staff, the homeroom teachers, and the parents. The success of the Art Festival was the result of collective efforts.
Finally, the enchanting melodies of the string orchestra brought the Art Festival to a perfect conclusion. Their performance, like the warm winter sun, gently infused the entire event with deep artistic influence. The beautiful music echoed through the hall, and the audience was immersed in its charm, reluctant to leave.
