Grade 10 Assembly — ShangYuan Club Sharing

On morning of Wednesday April 23, students, eager and lively, stepped into the sunlit campus and gathered in the grand auditorium in B1 of the Zhongxing Building. Today, another weekly morning assembly awaited them. Amid the brisk and refreshing morning air, students quietly waited for the meeting to begin.



To commence the assembly, the grade director Ms. Wu gave reminders on several important upcoming events, including the precautions for the 10th grade survival training, as well as notifying the arrangements for some research competitions that are going to come up. After that was the promotion of Shangyuan Club, an organization passionate about public service and knowledge-sharing. Members of the club talked about their experiences of teaching children in an impoverished area at Yunnan province. Here, they called upon their fellow students to join them in bringing warmth and hope to children in rural areas.



The assembly came to a cheerful close with resounding applause from the students for their peers' volunteer work.
