Lingang Campus: Fire Drill

Safety education is the top priority at school. In order to enable all teachers and students to master the correct procedures and methods in case of emergency fire, the first and second graders of Lingang Campus conducted a fire drill on March 15th.

As the alarm sounded, all teachers and students quickly covered their mouths and bowed in two lines. During the whole evacuation process, students did not make any noise or wander around. They moved forward at a calm and fast pace, and finally evacuated to a safe place in a good order. It was worth mentioning that the evacuation took less time than expected, nearly 10 seconds faster compared to last semester. Ms. Fu Bing, director of SHSID Lingang Campus, gave timely feedback to the students for their composure, calmness, and promptness in the safety drill. She asked a couple of questions about general safety, and the children answered them all correctly.

We hope that the safety drill for each semester can enhance students' daily safety awareness and further improve their self-rescue ability in case of emergencies.
