Grade 12: Chinese Traditional Culture Carnival

December 24, 2019

On the afternoon of December 11th, twelfth graders celebrated traditional Chinese culture during the CAS classes. Students from 12(8) meticulously trimmed out paper snowflakes with the assistance of tutorial videos. As delicate snowflakes gradually appeared under the snapping of scissors, the students immersed themselves in the jolly atmosphere of the classroom. Class 12(3) decorated the classroom with Origami and paper lanterns as well as Spring Festival couplets written. At the same time, Class 12(9) watched a series of A Bite of China to study the valueless heritage of traditional culture kept in the food. In the end, students from 12(1) worked together to create antithetical couplets to express their genuine blessings to all the senior students during this intense application season to receive offers from colleges and end their high school life with satisfaction.
