Grade 9 & 10: Black Storm

The SHSID 9th and 10th grade ASBs organized a Black Storm event on Friday 13th, 2015. Stepping into the Zhongxing Building, one would be astonished by the creepy yet fantastic decorations, especially the magically illuminated fluorescent hallway, which seemed to lead everyone into another space.

The event consisted of haunted houses, card games, dancing, and many more. Various students showed up in exotic costumes, and others painted their faces, wore simple accessories, or just dressed up in all black.

The dark and somewhat spooky atmosphere was drowned in the students’laughter, yells, and occasionally some screams as an ASB or helper scares them from their backs.

Students from both grades were able to take a break from studying. Overall, the event was meaningful and received countless good comments.
