7th and 8th Grade Charity Fair
7th and 8th Grade Charity Fair
Our 2015 charity fair of 2015 has come and gone. Every year, thousands upon thousands of RMB are spent in the charity fair. Every year, thousands upon thousands are donated as an act of charity. And every year, the students are able to take a break, wander about, and enjoy food and drinks at the charity fair.
As usual, it was held in and around our cafeteria, with many students hustling about with bustling crowds. One highlight of this charity fair was the water balloon fight, where dozens of people would hurl water balloons at each other, or, if their aim was bad, at the ground. Either way, the balloons would explode and send water flying around. The result was a bunch of people drenched from top to bottom running around the place. Of course, there was plenty of ice cream, from Baskin Robbins, which immediately disappeared from dozens of hungry mouths, some floating on top of Coke, and more with Oreos and M&Ms. Another special event occurred in the midst of a ring of onlookers extremely enthusiastic to see teachers’ faces get enveloped with shaving cream. This year, even Mr. Ni himself participated as a victim of the students with shaving cream, bringing great joy to the spectators.
This year’s charity fair, exciting to many, will become a nice memory. Let's look forward to the next charity fair.
