The Music of Sweat -- G6 Art Festival

The G5-6 section had the art festival just before the Christmas. It was a huge success. Before they went onto the stage, kids in G6 spent a lot of time and energy on the practice.

Practice

The Chinese saying goes, “One minute's brilliant performance on the stage is attributed to ten years' practice under the stage.” Kids did a lot of practice in music class. Each move was often practiced a lot of times to make it perfect.

Audition

Unfortunately, not all the performances had been practiced could be performed on the stage. The performance should pass the audition. Some kids cried after the knew that they couldn’t be on stage this time, but they also told the teacher they would never give up and would try again next time.

Hosts selection

Hosts are very important to the Art Festival. To be a host for the Art Festival is a huge honor. This time, over 30 students signed up, but only 4 could get the job. That was a tough competition. The four survivors did an excellent job in the art festival.

Rehearsal

Before the art festival, kids rehearsed twice. Teachers helped the kids in the back stage and told them what they need to pay attention in details.

No pains, no gains. The awesome art festival is attributed to the daily practice. It will be the unforgettable memory to all of them.
