PTSA Class Parent Reps Meeting Successfully Held

On September 28, SHSID Class Parent Representative Meeting was held in Xianmian Building Annex Auditorium. The meeting was hosted by Mr. MA Feng, Vice Chief Director and High School Director. All directors and head teachers of all grades were present at the meeting.

Director Ma addressed the assembly. He began his speech by briefly reviewing the excellent achievements of class of 2012, followed by reaffirming the “breakthroughs” in four facets including curriculum, information technology, teachers and students and the four “improvements” in teaching management, administrative management, culture construction and service innovation. Parents were encouraged to continue to offer help in social resources, educational lectures and campus activities.

Besides, Secretary of PTSA, Ms. Li, Sheng Jia, talked about the PTSA’s effect in promoting parents’ communication and serving the School and the students with her real experience in PTSA for the past half year.

Grade Meetings were presided by Directors and head teachers of all grades. Parent reps had warm discussions of the issues of their concern, reaching a lot of consensus. The meetings also recommended one grade liaison and one school-level member of each grade for PTSA.

The meeting ended in a friendly atmosphere.
