Upholding Academic Integrity — Class of 2027 Academic Integrity Pledge Ceremony Held

To deepen all students' understanding of integrity, reinforce their awareness of academic norms, help students establish correct values for college admissions, and build a solid foundation of integrity for the upcoming college application season, all students of the Class of 2027 at SHSID held an integrity oath ceremony on the afternoon of September 30 in the Xianmian Auditorium. School leaders, college counselors, parent representatives, and all homeroom teachers were specially invited to attend and witness the ceremony. Every student experienced the profound meaning of integrity in a solemn and reverent atmosphere.



At the beginning of the ceremony, three student representatives took the stage and read out the various integrity policies of SHSID. Subsequently, the students stood up and, led by the three student representatives, recited the integrity oath together. In the oath, the students pledged to uphold the principles of honesty and integrity, to demonstrate a high sense of responsibility in both personal conduct and academic research, and to respect and care for the entire school community and its members. They solemnly swore to strictly abide by the academic integrity policies of SHSID, to uphold integrity throughout the college application process, and to integrate integrity into all aspects of daily learning, academic research, and college applications.



This oath ceremony was not only an emphasis on and affirmation of the spirit of integrity, but also inspired every student to become a practitioner and promoter of integrity. It is hoped that all students of the Class of 2027 will take this event as an opportunity to internalize the principles of integrity in their hearts and externalize them in their actions, uphold academic bottom lines in their daily studies, remain true to their original aspirations throughout the college admissions journey, and march toward their future growth path with upright character and a rigorous attitude.
