Puxi Campus G7 | Long Rope Competition

October 16, 2023

In the crisp, fresh air of this beautiful fall season, the seventh graders had an exciting long rope competition. The competition not only tested the students' physical fitness, but also focused on the team's tacit understanding and group cohesion. About a week ago, all classes started to compete against each other, using their lunch breaks or physical education classes to actively train and study tactics.

In the afternoon of October 12th, the seventh grade long rope competition officially began during the youth development class. At the competition site, the long, swinging rope resembled a silver snake flying, while the jumping students mimicked colorful fluttering butterflies. The competitors were in high spirits after the warm-up practice. They participated calmly and cooperated tacitly in the competition while cheers from all around rose to their ears. As the students swung the long rope, every beautiful parabola, every light jump, and every passionate shout of support shone with the light of youth.

After intense competition, the top three classes were Class 7(6), Class 7(5) and Class 7(2). Though these classes were at the top, all of the other classes also made great progress compared to last year and achieved their best results yet.

The long rope competition fully embodied the team spirit of the G7 students who fought hard and worked together, as well as the sportsmanship of going all out and constantly challenging themselves. Congratulations to these classes and let's applaud all the students!
