G1 | Pudong Campus: Library Etiquette

September 19, 2023

In this week's growth education class, first-grade children learned how to behave in the library. A library is a public place for learning, where students borrow books and materials to enrich their spiritual world and improve their cultural cultivation. Therefore, borrowing books from the library requires developing good habits, which can help children save borrowing time and read better. Children will use the knowledge they have gained to develop good reading habits. Here are the rules:

1. Take your books and line up.

2. Walk quietly on the right to the library.

3. Return your books to Ms. REN.

4. Choose your books.

5. Line up and find your library card.

6. Get your card and books scanned.

7. Say "Thank you" to the library teacher.

8. Find a seat in the reading area and read.

The children also discussed how to find the books they want to read and the habit of reading at home. "Books are the ladder of human progress." Children will continue to explore the mysteries of books in school.
