G6: Scavenger Hunt
On 4 May 2023, grade 6 students of SHSID were treated to an exciting Scavenger Hunt activity with the theme of “I Love My School” after the May Day holiday. Before the event started, homeroom teachers introduced the rules of the game to the students. The students were divided into 4-5 teams and each team leader would lead the team members to complete the tasks on the list one by one and take photos. The tasks included collecting specific items, taking pictures, or solving puzzles, etc., which tested the children's intellectual endurance and challenged their teamwork skills.
During the scavenger hunt, students ran around the campus looking for various hidden objects or completing photo tasks as required. The children not only communicated and worked together as a team, but also assisted other groups with their tasks. There was a lot of laughter as they explored the campus in depth, discovering the secret corners of our environment that we are used to, and the little things that make school life so beautiful.
Each group took photos according to the task list and returned to the classroom after successfully completing all the tasks. The pictures of the students not only recorded the wonderful moments of the activities, but also demonstrated the talent and creativity of the children. Afterwards, the students will make posters or videos using their photos, so that more people can get closer to SHSID and appreciate the vitality and charm of the campus!
