High School Physics Department: Polishing of an Open Class

On the afternoon of April 18, physics teachers from Grade 9 held a seminar in the meeting room on the 2nd floor of the Zhentao Building. Ms. Huang Simin presented her well-prepared open class themed "Projectile Motion", which was also Ms. Huang's report class after two years of new-teacher training.

Ms. Huang's open class focused on exploring the rules of projectile motion by designing a series of vivid classroom activities and discussing interesting cases in real life. All the teachers present participated in this activity seriously. They discussed the teaching design of Ms. Huang warmly and gave suggestions for improvement from different perspectives.

Concentrated polishing of an open class is a regular activity of the Physics Department every semester. It aims to improve the teaching ability of physics teachers, improve teaching efficiency, and provide an opportunity for new teachers to learn and better apply education theory to real classes.
