Lingang First Grade: Celebrating 50 days at School

November 25, 2022

This week in the first-grade classroom at Lingang campus, the kids celebrated through math that they've been staying at school for 50 days! Come and see what interesting activities they have done!

In Monday's classroom, the children were excited to start planning their "50 Days of School" party. Some groups chose magic shows and clowns, some arranged pizza parties and barbecue buffets, and others arranged group photo shoots for this special anniversary. After the group discussion, students also wrote an invitation card, which is full of ritual.

In Tuesday's classroom, the children completed a graphic design of the math "50" to officially announce their 50th day at school and to show how much they value this special anniversary.

Once everything was ready, the children started to prepare their outfits for the party. The girls chose polka dot dresses with bowler hats, while the boys chose formal suits with oxford shoes. They changed the human figures in their hands into well-matched outfits, as if they had become elegant ladies or handsome gentlemen.

During the last two days, each group displayed all kinds of activities on a large poster, and everyone took a photo with the poster to mark the official completion of their transition from kindergarten to elementary school. “50 days” is really just a small step on the road of life, but it means a lot to the newly enrolled children, bless the children!
