Grade 11: Assembly - "ASB Center WeChat Mini Program" for the 2022 Sports Carnival
Having the Sports Carnival ahead on October 13, juniors had an assembly on October 8th about the 'ASB Center WeChat Mini Program’ for the Sports Carnival. Senior developer of the program, Michel introduced the program with a step-by-step demonstration through a model program.
He first demonstrated the registration procedure: enter the G-number and select one's own name. After registration is finished, students will receive a unique ID code for log points, which will be constantly updated. Michel added that staffs at certain events might ask for personal QR codes so that they can log activity and give out e-stickers or e-stamps. Continuing to explore the program, Michel introduced Real-Time Schedule, showing current and upcoming events, Real-Time Leaderboards, which record rankings and status, and E-stickers and E-stamps System. Students can earn e-stickers by participating in team events, individual events, experiential events, or performing in cheerleading; they can also earn e-stamps by performing well in individual events.
At last, e-stamps and e-stickers can be exchanged for sticker packs, triangular school flags, socks, umbrellas, and other prizes outside the entrance of the gym. Along with Michel, ASB members and juniors are ardently preparing for the upcoming Sports Carnival.
