Grade 11: "Yellow Vest" Volunteers
As winter gradually passed, spring is eagerly awaitng us, and SHSID has also started an exciting new semester. There will be renewed joy in the new semester and the Xianmian Building. The inside and outside of the teaching building has been cleaned and refreshed. Students are welcome to explore and learn in the clean and fresh classrooms and work hard to achieve their goals.
In order to protect this clean and fresh environment, teachers and students who work and study in Xianmian Building organized "Yellow Vest" volunteers. During lunch break, many students eat in the classroom, or discuss problems on the whiteboard. To ensure classrooms remain neat and clean, one student from each classroom volunteers as a “Yellow Vest.” The members of this team will put on yellow volunteer vests at noon, carefully arrange the desks and chairs after everyone uses the classroom, tidy up the table top, and wipe the whiteboard clean. Their selfless dedication even led many other students to clean up with them and protect the environment in the classroom. Their labor not only makes the campus more beautiful, but also enables students to relax from their morning classes and rest their brains. This combination of work and rest also prepares students for the afternoon class.
With a true “thank you” to the volunteers for their efforts to protect the campus environment, we sincerely hope the students and teachers can achieve more in the new semester!
