Grade 10: The Sophomore Project — "Who Are We?"

November 15, 2021

Back in 9th grade, the students did a freshman project presentation related to “Who Are We?” with each of the group members. However, this sophomore project is related to a more personal viewpoint of the students themselves: the academic and nonacademic artifacts. On Nov. 10th, all of the students presented their artifacts in their own classes during CAS classes. With 3 minutes given to each student, they could practice their own public-speaking ability and share their interests and achievements with their classmates. One interesting academic artifact choice that was presented in many different classes was having their friends as their artifact. A lot of times, students ask each other for help in certain subjects to improve their understanding. For nonacademic artifacts, it is difficult to pick who had a unique choice since all the people share a variety of different interests. After all, it was an interesting time of getting to know different people’s interests and learning more about classmates!
