Grade 7: Stars of October Awards Ceremony
Another month has passed, and the time has come. It has been a brilliant start to the new school year and it is time for the monthly stars. On October 29th, the monthly stars were passed out to students throughout seventh grade. The monthly stars raised the spirits of the students of seventh grade, especially the week before the midterms. The students were anxious to see if they were one of the upcoming winners.
The homeroom teachers announced the monthly stars from all four categories, which were the Stars of Study, the Stars of Independent Learner, the Stars of Reading, and the Stars of Sports. The people who were announced were to go to classroom of 404 at 12:30 that afternoon. They lined up to take pictures with their shining new certificates. Their effort has paid off with their well-earned prizes, and we should look up to them as an example of hard work and good sportsmanship.
