​Sino-Foreign Friendly Soccer Match

On the afternoon of August 26th, 2021, as one of the team activities of the Foreign Teacher Summer Orientation, FAO, with the full assistance of the PE Department and the Middle School, organized a Sino-Foreign friendly 4-on-4 soccer match on the newly-built soccer field of the school.

The game was a friendly match between Chinese and foreign teachers. Principal Feng Zhigang personally led the team on the field, and Liu Lian, the principal of the Primary and Middle School, led the middle-school teachers to watch the game and cheer for all the players.

There were a total of 5 excellent teams, and each matchup was 15 minutes long; the winner was finally decided after a full 2 hours of play.

Although the game ended, the wonderful game scenes are still memorable. The players not only showed their struggle and never gave up, but also played the sport’s spirit of "friendship first, competition second". The goal of this game was to "make friends and improve communication", and, through the tie of soccer games, foreign teachers and Chinese teachers, as well as new and old foreign teachers, can all improve understanding and cooperation with each other.
