Grade 6: Youth Development Class—OKR Sharing

April 22, 2021

In the youth development class on Thursday, April 15, grade 6 students had their first OKR sharing this semester.

At the beginning of this semester, each student carefully established his or her objectives and key results for both academic and extracurricular activities and completed the OKR tracking form a week ago. Referring to the goals set at the beginning of the semester, some students feel that they have conscientiously implemented and completed them, so they have made some progress. Some students feel that they have not achieved progress, and may only have completed 1/5 of the key results, so they need to make adjustments in the following semester and make persistent efforts. Others shared and demonstrated their goals and achievements in extracurricular life. For example, some students insisted on reading extracurricular books every day, some students exercised every day, and some students have achieved good results in Rubik’s cube and Kendama.

Through this OKR sharing, students demonstrated their achievements and learned a lot of effective self-management and time management methods. We hope every student can make progress in the remaining time of this semester and achieve their goals.
