Grade 6: YD Class “Setting New Objectives with Key Results this Semester”
In the YD class on Thursday, all students created a new round of OKRs for this semester.
First, students were reminded of the basic information for creating OKRs, refreshing the rusty memories of the previously made OKRs last semester. As it was students’ second time formulating OKRs, everyone was full of confidence and determination.
Then, students designed their goals for the following semester. Everyone is formulating a sustainable and reasonable plan with the experience of the previous OKRs in mind. In return, there are also higher expectations for everyone. Apart from simply drafting the objective and key results, students also created sensible details about the OKR to make their plan clearer and more exact. Students recorded more information on how they will accomplish this plan and the tasks that they need to perform it. This made the OKRs even stronger.
As Michel de Montaigne once said, “If a soul does not have a precise thought, it will be lost, because, as in the sayings, lingering everywhere means existing nowhere.”
Soon, this semester will be waiting for everyone to blossom and bloom.
