Grade 9: Healthy Attitudes toward Sex-related Topics

On the afternoon of October 29thin the Zhentao Building Auditorium, three teachers gave a speech on the topic of healthy attitudes toward sex-related topics. In the lecture, the teachers talked about the dangers of inappropriate and discriminatory language from a linguistic point of view and urged all students to avoid using such language. The teachers also taught the students about the possible consequences caused by sexual harassment and sexual discrimination. Meanwhile, the teachers also taught the students how to deal with gender-related topics objectively. Finally, the teachers reminded the students to seek help from their teachers and parents if they are confused.

As new high school students, the physical and psychological changes were making the 9th graders curious, confused, and overwhelmed about sex-related topics. How should they deal with them correctly? This lecture helped the students to clear the fog in their minds a bit, not only telling them that gender-related topics are not difficult to talk about, but also teaching them how to deal with gender-related topics in a rational manner. We hope that the students can maintain a good attitude to face relevant issues in their future life.
