​Puxi Campus Grade One: We Are Ready

The SHSID primary section has welcomed the first graders. Are the children ready for their new school year? Don’t worry, the school is ready for the children’s arrival!

Everyone must be so excited about the beginning of the new school year! Under the preparation of teachers, the clean, spacious, and bright classrooms have been waiting for the children. Different classes with different decorations will certainly satisfy the students’ curiosity. The ingenious classroom door is the starting point for children to enter the halls of knowledge. Beside the doors are various posters such as the class job table, the daily schedule, birthday posters, etc., supplemented by various illustrations suitable for children’s psychological state. We believe that the children will develop a good sense of independence, time, and behavior! Each class also has a unique book corner, which is suitable for children to read a variety of books to help them broaden their horizons and increase talents! And the brand-new display wall in the hallway provides students with a lot of space to show their work in the future. Learning in such an amazing environment, we believe that this will certainly help children to enlighten their minds!

The teachers have prepared a lot for the students to grow and glow. Let’s take a look at the activity that the students did this week.

In order to let the children get familiar with each other and make new friends as soon as possible, the teachers in the first grade designed an interesting activity for the children to introduce themselves.

In this week’s PG class, each child made a self-introduction sheet. Every student was so engaged in this activity; each introduction was full of creativity. Look at these eye-catching introductions, there are also family photos on them! Every family member’s face is filled with a happy smile. After the project was completed, everyone couldn’t wait to show their work, and the children quickly got to know each other. The teachers posted the self-introductions made by the children on the wall of the corridor for everyone to have a look. We believe that every child will soon integrate into the new environment and make good friends!

With the hard work of our teachers and students, our hearts will be closely linked together! All our first grade teachers are willing to learn and grow together with every child!
