Grade 10: A Visit to K. F. Stone Design International, Inc., Canada

A recent visit to the office of K. F. Stone Design International, Inc., offered a good opportunity for interested students to get a closer look at the profession of architecture.

Mr. Guohua Fu, a parent from grade 10, presented a lecture to help students understand the essential tenants behind a career in architecture: the mixing of practical and theoretical knowledge, studies of the arts, and development of skills in 3D space visualization. A devotion to work, creativity in design, and discovery of beauty are vital to the success of an architect.
