Pu Xi Grade 2: My Hometown Show

As the most important part of our Global Week, on the afternoon of Nov. 13th, we had five brilliant presentations, each of which was made by a parent from one of the five Grade 2 classes. Each class carefully chose its presenter to introduce the geography, history, and culture of his/her hometown. Class 2(1) showed us the dedicated Japan, 2(2) the mysterious India, 2(3) the lively America, 2(4) the cautious Germany, and 2(5) the wild Wales. Each student traveled from one classroom to another with his/her homeroom teacher to learn facts about and experience the charm of each country. After the exciting activity, our students couldn’t wait to get started on their posters, which reflected what they learned from these unforgettable presentations.
