Grade 10: IB lecture

In the last week of October, students from grade ten were given a lecture about their future classes, the International Baccalaureate (IB) courses. The lecture was presented by the deputy IB coordinator Ms. Jiang Hao. She introduced the requirements for this program as well as its goals. Students should be thinkers, intellectual risk-takers, communicators, and seekers of knowledge. Later Daniel from grade 11 told them his experience, how he learned to manage his time wisely, and why he chose the classes he is taking now. After this lecture, many grade ten students seemed quite pleased with all the information they learned about their potential future courses.
