Pu Xi G3: Story Moms

On October 17th, Story Moms visited our classes and shared a very good story with the students. This week, Story Moms shared a story called The Honest-to-goodness Truth. It's about a girl named Libby. When Libby’s mother catches her in a lie, Libby is punished and vows to tell the truth from that point on. Libby begins to tell the truth about everything and everyone blatantly, and soon enough, Libby’s friends become angry with her. By the end of the story, Libby learns that while she should not lie, it is not always necessary to blurt out the whole truth and that there is a right and wrong way to tell people the truth. This story made the kids think a lot about how to tell the truth properly. They had a lively discussion on this topic. Everyone enjoyed the story and looks forward to the next time the Story Moms come to visit.
