Grade Five: Make Friends with Stress

Grade Five learned about managing stress in health class. Children are usually happy, but they also have their own problems and concerns. However, stress and negative feelings need not spell the end of the world. Students can learn how to accept and cope with the stress and negative feelings that arise from time to time in their lives and, thus, not worry too much about them. Making friends with stress is cool!
