Grade 7:Friday’s Big Events----- Swimming Competition

For all the students in the 7th grade, last Friday was such a busy and exciting day. Two big events fell on the same day, the swimming competition and the middle school college orientation lecture (which was open to every student and parent of the junior section).

During their 4th-period PE class, the 7th grade students taking part in the swimming competition lined up in the indoor swimming pool to do warm-up exercises. The competition included several events for four different swimming styles: the butterfly, breaststroke, backstroke and free style. The event most interesting and exciting to both pupils and teachers was the relay. Every homeroom had to send two boys and two girls to participate in it. Although some of the 7th graders had to take three monthly tests that day, they still insisted on participating, tried their best, and finished all the events. The results will be announced soon next week. Let’s cheer for those participants first and look forward to the final results!
