ASB Election of Senior High School

September 18 2013 – On this sunny afternoon, all boys and girls from XianMian Building gathered once again in the auditorium of Shanghai High School. They were going to elect the suitable and dedicated ASB members. Before the election, the vice chief director of SHSID, Mr Ma issued the certificate to the honor members of ASB. And then the election began. The candidates have already shown them off by the poster through the last week and this time they would stand on the stage to give the presentation for the last votes. Each candidate stepped on stage to give promising speeches up to two minutes of length containing arguments to promote themselves. In both Chinese and English, plans of schools parties have been proposed, guarantees for more fun have been provided, and offers to listen and help have been made. At the end, everyone present - students as well as teachers - to put down their final votes before heading home. No matter what the outcome is, let’s give all the candidates a big round of applause for their motivation.
