The opening ceremony of grade 9 and 10

On the first day of school, students of grade 9 and 10 walked into the auditorium with excitement and anticipation for the opening ceremony. The entire auditorium was full of happiness and laughter.

The entire auditorium quieted down at once as Mr. Chen began his speech. He emphasized the benefits of studying and the importance of doing well in grade nine and ten. The student speakers went up to speak one by one and told the audience about their studying tips and the importance of participating in activities. Even when the speech was finished, everyone was yearning for more.

After the speeches was the awarding ceremony. The familiar background music sounded once again in the auditorium. The teacher on the stage read out the names of all the award-winners. They smiled with honor as they walked through the congratulations from their classmates and marched with their heads held high onto the stage. They politely accepted their awards with both their hands, placed it at their chest and smiled confidently down the stage. At that moment, they must feel that all their hard work was worth it！

The opening ceremony ended very soon, and everyone filed out of the auditorium. Some were still talking about all the excellent speeches, and some were walking with a quick pace towards their classrooms in order to get a good seat for the next class. At that moment, when the new term began, the entire campus was full of happiness and hope!
