Pudong G2：Outdoor Math Class
In Chapter 9 our second graders learned about the units for measurement, such as centimeter, meter, inch, foot, and yard. When they finished learning this chapter, they went around the school campus to measure different objects under their math teachers’ guidance. Students worked in groups to take measurements with inch rulers and yardsticks and recorded the data in charts. Everyone enjoyed this outdoor math class very much.
